Testing Procedures

The process of producing a small number of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a short period of time is referred to as low-volume PCB assembly. Depending on the product’s specific requirements, this is typically done using manual assembly techniques or the use of automated equipment.

In low-volume PCB assembly, the PCBs are first populated with electronic components using either manual or automated assembly techniques. Depending on the components used, this can be accomplished using either surface mount technology (SMT) or through-hole technology. SMT involves placing components on the surface of the PCB and soldering them in place with heat and pressure. Through-hole assembly involves inserting components through holes in the PCB and soldering them on the other side.

Michaela ★★★★★

The delivered assembled PCBs worked flawlessly. The component placement is superb. Mis wang, the WINOW engineer in charge of our project, and I got along great. She asked pertinent questions to ensure that the project was completed properly. We had a very pleasant, quick, and to-the-point conversation.

Herbert ★★★★★

This board is required to charge my robotic platform's lipo batteries (rover). First-time order with excellent communication throughout the ordering process, manufacturing progress, and tracking up to delivery. Very good price, especially for the first order with a credit for a discount.

Al Lemke ★★★★★

The boards arrived yesterday and got started on assembly. Excellent solder wetting, clean line definition, and drill holes in the exact center of via lands.
Please convey my appreciation to everyone who created such fantastic boards.
